REJECTED!!

Okay, so lets begin this story. Crown Point's turnabout dance is coming up soon, its a Sadie Hawkins dance. I had been debating whether to ask someone or not go at all. So I recently had gotten the courage to ask one of my friends.
I had a really cute plan. So me and this boy, who shall remain nameless, have been friends since kindergarden. We have a ton of memories together. My idea was to make a book of remember when memories and at the end it would say "Remember when we went to Turnabout? Oh wait that didn't happen, but it could. Turnabout, with me?" Then I was going to ding dong ditch his house and leave the book and candy on his door step. This is because when we were in second grade there was this elf thing, where u would leave a bag of something on there door and the instructions about being elf then ding dong ditch them. So I was going to do that with the things to ask him.
Only as I was on my way to drop it off I had simply asked him if he was home and was he already going, because I didn't want him not to be home and already have a date. Except his reply was he was waiting on this one girl, and when I asked who, lets say it wasn't my name. So then I just told him never mind. He then asked if I was going to ask him. I just simply said "just forget I said anything."
That's pretty much how my night went. I worked up all this courage and though we can just go as friends and have a good time. Looks like that wont be happening.
